ORDER

This case is calendared for trial at the Court's Atlanta, Georgia trial session beginning on November 28, 2022. On November 7, 2022, respondent filed a status report informing the Court that the parties have reached a basis for settlement in this case. Respondent avers that petitioner has provided a 2018 tax return to be filed and respondent plans to accept the return. Respondent is requesting additional time to file a decision document.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's November 28, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia trial session and is continued. It is further

ORDERED that on or before January 6, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or file a status report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
