Appellants having moved to strike portions of respondent's brief and having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief, for this Court to take judicial notice of certain documents, and for other relief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court, Erie County, entered October 22, 2020,
Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted insofar as it seeks an extension of time to file and serve a reply brief, and the time is extended to December 13, 2021, and
It is further ORDERED that the motion is otherwise denied.
