STIPULATION FOR ENTRY OF JUDGMENT


The parties stipulate that judgment may be entered in favor of the United States and against Peter C. Mirabile for the $4,276,757.63 unpaid assessed balance of the trust fund recovery penalty assessed against him with respect to Eeleasco, Inc., for the quarters from January 1, 1991, through March 31, 1992; and September 1, 1992, through March 31, 1993, plus interest pursuant to 26 U.S.C. § 6601, 6621 and 6623, and 28 U.S.C. § 1961 (c) until paid.
