It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is in all respects granted, and
It is further ORDERED that the appeals are dismissed, without costs, and
It is further ORDERED that the Cayuga County Treasurer release to Samuel P. Giacona, Esq., the funds held under Index No. 14-453 (Court Action Nos. 1154 and 1155).
