Opinion
No. 04-13-00593-CV

From the 166th Judicial District Court, Bexar County, Texas
Trial Court No. 2012-CI-18466
Honorable Antonia Arteaga, Judge Presiding
ORDER
On October 7, 2013, the trial court clerk filed a notification of late record, stating that the appellant had failed to pay or make arrangements to pay the fee for preparing the clerk's record. In response, we ordered appellant to provide written proof to this court that either (1) the clerk's fee had been paid or arrangements had been made to pay the clerk's fee; or (2) appellant was entitled to appeal without paying the clerk's fee. We warned that if appellant failed to respond this appeal would be dismissed.
Appellant filed a letter with this court stating the fee for preparing the clerk's record was paid in full on November 1, 2013. Attached to the letter was a copy of a receipt indicating payment of the clerk's fee. We, therefore, ORDER this appeal be retained on the court's docket. The reporter's record has already been filed. Therefore, appellant must file her brief within thirty days of the date the clerk's record is filed. See TEX. R. APP. P. 38.6(a).
