On June 25, 2024, the official court reporter for County Civil Court at Law No. 4, Jill Bartek, filed a notice that there was a reporter's record but that appellant had not requested that this reporter's record be prepared and filed. On July 2, 2024, the Court issued an order directing appellant to file a request for preparation of the reporter's record. Appellant mistakenly filed a request with this Court.
We direct appellant to file her request for preparation of the reporter's record with the official court reporter of the County Civil Court at Law No. 4, Jill Bartek. Appellant shall file this request within 10 days of the date of this order and advise this Court that she has made this request. Appellant is not responsible for payment of costs on appeal.
It is so ORDERED.
