Motion by appellants for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals, granted. The following question is certified: Is the defense of res judicata, set forth in the affidavit of the attorney for the appellants in support of appellants' motion to amend their answer, a valid defense to the cause of action alleged in the complaint? Nolan, P.J., Beldock, Ughetta, Kleinfeld and Christ, JJ., concur.
