ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

On June 15, 2022, the Court entered an Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction on the ground that the Court's $60.00 filing fee had not been paid. Thereafter, petitioner made a $50.00 payment toward the Court's filing fee, and, on July 18, 2022, filed a Motion to Vacate or Revise Decision. By Order served July 28, 2022, the Court directed petitioner to pay the remaining $10.00 filing fee. On August 25, 2022, petitioner made the $10.00 payment as directed.

Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that petitioner's above-referenced Motion is granted in that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction entered in this case is hereby vacated and set aside.
