Opinion filed December 22, 1999.
An appeal from the Circuit Court for Dade County, Michael A. Genden, Judge, L.T. No. 96-41679.
Bennett H. Brummer, Public Defender and Suzanne M. Froix, Assistant Public Defender, for appellant.
Robert A. Butterworth, Attorney General and Paulette R. Taylor, Assistant Attorney General, for appellee.
Before SCHWARTZ, C.J, and GERSTEN and GREEN, JJ.
The overwhelming evidence of guilt adduced by the state against the appellant at trial renders any of the complained of error harmless beyond any reasonable doubt. See State v. DiGuilio, 491 So.2d 1129 (Fla. 1986).
