By Order served November 7, 2022, this case was stricken from the Court's November 28, 2022, Houston, Texas, Trial Session, jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned and the parties were directed, on or before January 6, 2023, to submit to the Court stipulated decision documents.

On January 6, 2023, respondent filed a status report requesting an additional 60 days to submit a signed decision document, because he is waiting on computations. By Order served January 9, 2023, the Court directed the parties, on or before March 9, 2023, to submit signed stipulated decision documents.

On March 9, 2023, respondent filed a status report requesting an additional 45 days to submit a signed decision document, because his computational request from respondent's computational specialist was renewed on March 8, 2023. Respondent is advised that a further extension may not be granted and that this case may be returned to the general docket to be set for trial.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that on or before April 27, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court signed stipulated decision documents.
