Opinion

July 7, 2000.

Motion by the defendants-respondents Steven H. Silber and Methodist Hospital on an appeal and cross appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County, dated June 5, 1998, to dismiss the plaintiff's appeal on the ground of abandonment. By decision and order dated January 20, 2000, the motion was held in abeyance and referred to the panel of Justices hearing the appeal and cross appeal for determination upon the argument or submission thereof.


DECISION ORDER

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion, the papers filed in opposition thereto, and upon the argument of the matter, it is

ORDERED that the motion is denied.
