Respondent Darryl Welch having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on the appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Niagara on February 26, 2018,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Richard L. Sullivan, Esq., dated July 25, 2018, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the first ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 16, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date July 30, 2018, and inserting in its place the date August 15, 2018, and

It is further ORDERED that the second ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered July 16, 2018, is hereby amended by deleting the date August 14, 2018, and inserting in its place the date August 30, 2018.
