ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE

Eunkyong Choi, Special Trial Judge

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's September 26, 2022, Atlanta, Georgia, trial session. On September 2, 2022, respondent filed a Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution. The motion alleges that respondent has been unable to contact petitioners to discuss the case and has not received any additional information from petitioners to try and resolve this case.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before September 21, 2022, petitioners shall show cause in writing why respondent's Motion to Dismiss for Lack of Prosecution filed September 2, 2022, should not be granted and a decision entered against petitioners for the amounts and year set forth in respondent's motion..

Petitioners are advised that the failure to respond to this order may result in the dismissal of this case and entry of decision as requested in respondent's motion
