The reporter's record in this case has not been filed. By letter dated June 14, 2024, appellants informed the Court they requested the record on both March 21, 2024 and on May 17, 2024. Since that time they emailed or telephoned Ms. Brown on several occasions regarding the invoice for preparation of the reporter's record but have not received a response or an invoice for preparation of the record from Ms. Brown.
So that this appeal can proceed, we ORDER Ms. Brown to provide appellants with an invoice for preparation of the reporter's record within FIVE DAYS of the date of this order. Ms. Brown shall file, in this Court, written verification she has done so. The verification should contain a copy of any invoice or correspondence sent to appellants regarding preparation of the reporter's record. The reporter's record shall be filed within THIRTY DAYS of the date of this order.
