Appeal, No. 253, Oct. T., 1963, from decree of County Court of Philadelphia, June T., 1961, No. 12839-D, in case of Isiah Mills et ux. v. World Wide Distributors, Inc. et al. Decree affirmed.

Equity. Before STOUT, J.

Adjudication filed finding for plaintiffs; exceptions to adjudication dismissed and final decree entered. Additional defendant appealed.

Norman v. World Wide Distributors, Inc., Held controlling.

Argued September 13, 1963.


This is a companion case to Norman v. World Wide Distributors, Inc., filed herewith.

The product sold in this case was a television set and the amount of the note was $915.80. Otherwise the facts were so similar to the Norman case that we consider it unnecessary to relate them. The law applicable to this case is set forth in the Norman case.


Decree affirmed.
