PRESENT:

Appellant having moved for an extension of time to perfect the appeal taken herein from a judgment of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Seneca on October 31, 2014,

Now, upon reading and filing the affidavit of Tifini R. Mills sworn to June 8, 2015, the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and the affirmation of Emil J. Bove, Jr., Esq., dated June 16, 2015, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that the ordering paragraph of the order of this Court entered April 7, 2015, is hereby amended by deleting the date June 8, 2015, and inserting in its place the date August 7, 2015.
