ORDER

Upon due consideration and for cause, petitioners having filed a proper amended petition and paid the Court's filing fee, it is

ORDERED that the Court's Order of Dismissal for Lack of Jurisdiction, entered September 26, 2022, is vacated and set aside. It is further

ORDERED that petitioners are no longer required to file a ratification of petition. It is further ORDERED that, on or before January 9, 2023, respondent shall file an answer to the amended petition.
