ORDER

MAURICE B. FOLEY, CHIEF JUDGE

The petition in this case was filed on May 5, 2021. On September 7, 2021, respondent filed the Answer. On October 13, 2021, petitioner filed the Reply to Answer. On November 3, 2021, respondent filed a Motion for Leave To File Out of Time First Amended Answer. Respondent lodged therewith a First Amended Answer. Respondent states in the motion that petitioner does not object to the granting of respondent's motion.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that respondent's motion for leave, filed November 3, 2021, is granted and the Clerk of the Court shall file as of the date of this Order the First Amended Answer lodged by respondent.
