On July 13, 2022, the parties filed a Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision at Doc. Nos. 15 and 16, respectively. Upon review, the Proposed Stipulated Decision contains an error regarding the alleged overpayment for taxable year 2017. Consequently, the parties filed a revised Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision at Doc. Nos. 17 and 18, respectively.

The foregoing considered and for cause, it is

ORDERED that the parties' Settlement Stipulation and Proposed Stipulated Decision at Doc. Nos. 15 and 16, respectively, filed July 13, 2022, are hereby deemed stricken from the Court's record in this case.
