Plaintiff having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a respondent's brief on Webb of Buffalo, LLC's appeal taken herein from an order of the Supreme Court entered in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Erie on December 3, 2013, and for other relief,

Now, upon reading and filing the affirmation of Debra A. Norton, Esq., dated December 1, 2014, and the notice of motion with proof of service thereof, and due deliberation having been had thereon,

It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted, and the Clerk is directed to accept the respondent's brief of plaintiff for filing on the appeal of Webb of Buffalo, LLC.
