Miller v. Tricor Contractors, Inc.

Supreme Court of Florida
Nov 8, 1967
203 So. 2d 613 (Fla. 1967)

Opinion

No. 36321.

November 8, 1967.

Writ of Certiorari to the Florida Industrial Commission.

George H. Brown, III, St. Petersburg, for petitioner-cross-respondent.

Billy L. Rowe, of Harrison, Greene, Mann, Davenport, Rowe Stanton, St. Petersburg, for respondents-cross-petitioners.

Patrick H. Mears, Tallahassee, and J. Franklin Garner, Lakeland, for Florida Industrial Commission, respondent.

We have examined the record and briefs and have heard oral argument. We find that in entering the order under attack the respondent Commission did not depart from the essential requirements of the law. The petition and cross-petition for writ of certiorari are therefore denied.

The petition for attorney's fees is also denied.

It is so Ordered.

CALDWELL, C.J., DREW, THORNAL and ERVIN, JJ., and WHITE, Circuit Judge (Retired), concur.
