Motion for leave to appeal to the Court of Appeals granted. The following question is certified: Was the order of the Special Term properly made? Stay granted until 30 days after the entry of the order hereon to enable appellant, if so advised, to apply to the Court of Appeals for a stay pending the hearing and determination of the appeal in that court.
