790 So. 2d 1155 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

Case No. 2D01-1001

Opinion filed July 11, 2001.

Appeal pursuant to Fla.R.App.P. 9.141(b)(2) from the Circuit Court for Manatee County; Durand J. Adams, Judge.

Emanuel Miller appeals the summary denial of his Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.800(a) motion. We affirm the order in its entirety. If Miller is seeking to challenge the amount of credit he received for time spent in the county jail after sentencing, he must address this issue with the Department of Corrections. See Brown v. State, 26 Fla. L. Weekly D889 (Fla. 2d DCA Mar. 30, 2001).

Affirmed.

PARKER, A.C.J., and CASANUEVA and SILBERMAN, JJ., Concur.
