To the extent that Petitioner seeks relief on behalf of Kelli Lynch, the petition is denied as unauthorized. To the extent that Petitioner seeks mandamus relief, Petitioner has failed to show a clear legal right to the relief requested and the petition is denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So.2d 10, 11 (Fla. 2000). All other requests for relief are denied. No motion for rehearing or reinstatement will be considered.
