ANTHONY J. MILLER, DOC #737751, Appellant, v. STATE OF FLORIDA, Appellee.
Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and Lisa B. Lott, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee.
NOT FINAL UNTIL TIME EXPIRES TO FILE REHEARING MOTION AND, IF FILED, DETERMINED Appeal from the Circuit Court for Pinellas County; Joseph A. Bulone, Judge. Howard L. Dimmig, II, Public Defender, and Lisa B. Lott, Assistant Public Defender, Bartow, for Appellant. Ashley Moody, Attorney General, Tallahassee, for Appellee. PER CURIAM.
Anthony J. Miller appeals from an order revoking his probation and the resulting sentence. Following independent review of the record pursuant to Anders v. California, 386 U.S. 738 (1967), we affirm the revocation of Miller's probation and the sentence imposed but remand with directions that the trial court correct the revocation order to reflect the conditions of probation that Miller admitted violating. See Freeman v. State, 225 So. 3d 929, 930 (Fla. 2d DCA 2017). NORTHCUTT, SILBERMAN, and ROTHSTEIN-YOUAKIM, JJ., Concur.
