ORDER

We REINSTATE the appeal.

On April 27, 2017, we ordered the trial court to make findings regarding why appellant's brief had not been filed. On May 26, 2017, we received appellant's brief, along with a motion for extension of time to file his brief. Therefore, in the interest of expediting the appeal, we VACATE the April 27, 2017 order requiring findings.

We GRANT appellant's May 26, 2017 motion for extension and ORDER the brief received on May 26, 2017 filed as of the date of this order.
