DISMISS; Opinion Filed May 31, 2012.
On Appeal from the 195th Judicial District Court
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. F06-30042-N
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, Francis, and Lang
Opinion By Justice Bridges
Tammy Brady Miller was convicted of possession of methamphetamine in an amount less than one gram. Punishment, enhanced by two prior non-state jail felony convictions, was assessed at ten years' imprisonment, probated for five years and a $1500 fine. The State moved to revoke appellant's community supervision. The trial court denied the motion to revoke, but modified the conditions of appellant's community supervision. Appellant appealed the modification order. An order modifying conditions of community supervision is not an appealable order. See Basaldua v. State, 558 S.W.2d 2, 5 (Tex. Crim. App. 1977). We dismiss the appeal for want of jurisdiction.
