Trespass for personal injuries. Before LOWE, J. Verdict for plaintiff and plaintiff's motion for new trial on basis of inadequacy of verdict granted as defendants refused to acquiesce in additur. Defendants appealed. Appeal, No. 1888, Oct. T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County, No. 72-8079. Argued September 17, 1976.
