HUSBAND AND WIFE, § 171grounds for separate maintenance. Court erred in not granting wife separate maintenance, where there was evidence that husband consorted with other women, and preponderance of evidence in favor of wife that husband had frequently struck his wife and called her vile and vulgar names.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Kankakee county; the Hon. C.D. HENRY, Judge, presiding.

Reversed and remanded. Heard in this court at the October term, 1947.
