The judgment of March 19, 1981, on Harriet Miller's complaint for contempt is affirmed. The judgment of March 19, 1981, on Robert F. Miller's complaint for modification is reversed, and the matter of that complaint is remanded for further proceedings, which, in the discretion of the Probate Court, may or may not include the taking of additional evidence. Costs of the appeals are to be in the discretion of the Probate Court.
