For the reasons assigned in the companion case of Miller v. Miller, 480 So.2d 789 (La.App. 3rd Cir. 1985), the judgment of the trial court dated September 4, 1984 is reversed and set aside, and the rule filed by appellant dated July 9, 1984 is remanded for further proceedings consistent with the views expressed in our companion opinion. All costs of this appeal are assessed to appellee, Virgle E. Miller.

REVERSED and REMANDED.
