Appeal from Superior Court, Santa Clara County; Warren V. Tryon, Judge.

Action by J. Lester Miller, as a citizen and taxpayer, against J. M. McKinnon and others, to recover on behalf of the county sums allegedly illegally expended by the Board of Supervisors in connection with the repair, alteration and enlargement of certain structures and equipment at a quarry owned and operated by the county. From a judgment for the defendants, plaintiff appeals.

Affirmed.
