Action to set aside the allegedly fraudulent conveyance of certain real property and to foreclose a judgment lien on that property, brought to the Superior Court in the judicial district of Litchfield and tried to the court, Allen, J.; judgment of strict foreclosure in favor of the plaintiffs, from which the defendant John Kalivas appealed to this court. No error.
