MEMORANDUM OPINION

From the 229th Judicial District Court, Starr County, Texas
Trial Court No. DC-19-136
Honorable Baldemar Garza, Judge Presiding PER CURIAM Sitting: Sandee Bryan Marion, Chief Justice Rebeca C. Martinez, Justice Liza A. Rodriguez, Justice DISMISSED AS MOOT

Appellants have filed a "Notice of Voluntary Withdrawal Without Prejudice of Accelerated, Interlocutory Appeal," explaining that the trial court has vacated the June 6, 2019 order from which they had appealed. We construe appellants' "notice" as a motion to dismiss the appeal as moot. We grant the motion and dismiss the appeal as moot. Costs of appeal are taxed against appellants. See TEX. R. APP. P. 42.1(d).
