JUDGMENT


Defendant Glenn Miller Productions, Inc.'s ("GMP") Motion for Summary Judgment came on for hearing on March 8, 2004 at 10:00 a.m. in this Court before the Honorable A. Howard Matz. Sheldon Eisenberg, Esq. of Bryan Cave LLP appeared at the hearing on behalf of the defendant and moving party, Glenn Miller Productions, Inc. ("GMP"), and Brian Wolf, Esq. of Lavely Singer appeared on behalf of Plaintiffs Jonnie D. Miller, Steven D. Miller and CMG Worldwide, Inc.;

The Court, having granted GMP's motion for summary judgment for the reasons set forth in the Court's Order granting Defendants motion for Summary Judgment and dismissing complaint. Law, hereby orders that Plaintiffs' complaint against GMP be dismissed in its entirety with prejudice, and that Defendant GMP shall be further entitled to recover its costs of suit.
