District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
May 17, 2001
784 So. 2d 604 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2001)

Opinion

No. 1D00-4280.

May 17, 2001.

Petition for Writ of Certiorari — Original Jurisdiction.

T. Geoffrey Heekin and Eric L. McAliley of Bartlett, Heekin, Smith Greene, P.A., Jacksonville, for Petitioners.

Glenn K. Allen and Jennifer W. Fites of Glenn K. Allen, P.A., Jacksonville, for Respondent.

Petitioners seek review by petition for a writ of certiorari of a non-final order entered by the trial court. Because we conclude that petitioners have failed to demonstrate that the trial court's order will cause them any injury, irreparable or otherwise, we deny the petition. See Martin-Johnson, Inc. v. Savage, 509 So.2d 1097, 1099 (Fla. 1987).

PETITION FOR WRIT OF CERTIORARI DENIED.

WEBSTER, DAVIS and BENTON, JJ., CONCUR.
