This case is calendared for trial at the March 27, 2023, Boise, Idaho, remote Trial Session of the Court.

On March 1, 2023, respondent filed a Status Report indicating the parties reached a basis of settlement in this case. Attached to the report is a certificate of service that does not match petitioners' address on the Court's record.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before March 9, 2023, respondent shall file an Amended Certificate of Service. Respondent should note that he should not refile the document. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's March 27, 2023, Boise, Idaho, remote Trial Session. Petitioners are not expected to appear at the calendar call on Monday, March 27, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that jurisdiction is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before April 26, 2023, the parties shall submit stipulated decision documents.
