This case was stricken from the Court's October 3, 2022, Milwaukee, Wisconsin trial session and jurisdiction was retained by the undersigned.

On December 30, 2022, the Commissioner filed a first supplemental status report indicating that the parties need additional time to submit a stipulated decision document. Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, on or before February 3, 2023, the parties shall file either a stipulated decision document or a joint status report (or separate reports, if that is more expedient) as to the then-present status of this case.
