ORDER

Lewis R. Carluzzo, Chief Special Trial Judge.

This case for the redetermination of a deficiency, currently set for trial during the Los Angeles, California, trial session of the Court scheduled to begin on April 25, 2022, is before the Court on respondent's motion for continuance, filed February 22, 2022. Under the circumstances presented, the Court is inclined to grant the motion. Nevertheless, the motion will be set for hearing to allow the parties to advise the Court as to the then status of the case.

To reflect the foregoing, it is

ORDERED that the above-referenced motion is set for hearing at the time, date, and place shown in the Notice Setting Case for Trial, served January 14, 2022.
