On October 8, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute.

On November 1, 2021, Respondent filed a Motion to Impose Sanctions.

On November 29, 2021, this case was called for a status hearing. Both parties appeared and were heard. Petitioners made an oral motion for continuance.

This case was recalled on November 29, 2021. Both parties appeared and were heard.

Upon due consideration and for cause more fully appearing in the transcript it is

ORDERED that this case is continued and jurisdiction is retained by the Undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's October 8, 2021 motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute is denied. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's November 1, 2021 motion to impose sanctions is taken under advisement.
