RICHARD T. MORRISON, JUDGE

This case is scheduled for trial during the Court's remote November 29, 2021 Los Angeles, California Trial Session. On October 8, 2021, respondent filed a motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that this case is set for remote hearing on respondent's October 8, 2021 motion to dismiss for failure to properly prosecute, during the calendar call of the aforementioned trial session, beginning at 10:00 a.m. (Pacific Time), on Monday, November 29, 2021. Petitioners are advised that failure to appear at the remote hearing may result in the Court granting respondent's motion and entering an order and decision against petitioners.

The parties shall refer to the notice setting case for trial for the Zoomgov Meeting ID and Passcode.
