In a malpractice action to recover damages for personal injuries alleged to have been sustained when defendant, a podiatrist, undertook to treat plaintiff for varicose ulcers, the plaintiff appeals from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County, entered March 21, 1961, after a jury trial, which set aside the jury's verdict in favor of plaintiff for $25,000, and which dismissed the complaint. Judgment affirmed, without costs. No opinion. Ughetta, Acting P.J., Christ, Brennan, Rabin and Hopkins, JJ., concur.
