ORDER DENYING DEFENDANT CITY OF WEST JORDAN'S RULE 11 MOTION AND DENYING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR SANCTIONS


This matter came before the court on May 5, 2004, for hearing on Defendant's Rule 11 Motion for Dismissal and Sanctions and Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions and for Attorney's Fees. For the reasons stated at the close of the hearing, it is

ORDERED that Defendant City of West Jordan's Rule 11 Motion for Dismissal and Sanctions is DENIED. It is further

ORDERED that Plaintiff's Motion for Sanctions and for Attorney's Fees is DENIED.
