Miller v. City of Delray B.P. Dept

District Court of Appeal of Florida, First District
Feb 13, 2006
920 So. 2d 768 (Fla. Dist. Ct. App. 2006)

Opinion

No. 1D04-5563.

February 13, 2006.

An appeal from an order of the Judge of Compensation Claims. Shelley M. Punancy, Judge.

Alan Aronson, West Palm Beach; Bill McCabe, Longwood, for Appellant.

Steven R. Adler of Hayes, Schloss Alcocer, P.A., Palm Beach Gardens, for Appellees.

In this workers' compensation case, claimant seeks review of a final order holding that, although he was a police officer, his hypertension was not compensable. We affirm because the judge of compensation claims correctly determined that claimant's hypertension did not result in any kind of disability.

AFFIRMED.

WEBSTER, BROWNING and POLSTON, JJ., concur.
