Order, so far as appealed from, unanimously modified so as to allow examination on items 1 to 8 inclusive, and, as so modified, affirmed, with $20 costs and disbursements to the appellant. The items allowed are material and necessary. The date for the examination to proceed shall be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
