IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED, and DECREED that the Motion for Summary Judgment [Record Document 32] filed by defendants, Warden John Lewis and Deputy Martin, is GRANTED, and that plaintiff's claims against defendants, Warden John Lewis and Deputy Martin are hereby DISMISSED WITH PREJUDICE.
