On October 31, 2022, the parties submitted to the Court a proposed stipulated decision. The proposed stipulated decision addressed the deficiency in this case but failed to address the I.R.C. sec. 6662 accuracy-related penalty also determined in the notice of deficiency upon which this case is based. On November 29, 2022, the parties submitted a corrected proposed stipulated decision. The Court will strike from the record in this case the proposed stipulated decision filed October 31, 2022. Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that the parties' proposed stipulated decision, filed October 31, 2022, is hereby stricken from the Court's record.
