ROBERT A. MILLARD, Petitioner v. COMMISSIONER OF INTERNAL REVENUE, Respondent

ORDER

L. Paige Marvel, Judge

This case was calendared for trial at the Court's Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Trial Session scheduled to begin on October 31, 2022. This case was not called at calendar call on October 31, 2022, because counsel for respondent submitted a proposed stipulated decision. However, the decision document was incorrect and only addressed the deficiency in this case and did not address the I.R.C. sec 6662 accuracy-related penalty also at issue. The Court will give the parties time to submit a corrected decision document.

Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED that this case is continued, and jurisdiction of this case is retained by the undersigned. It is further

ORDERED that, on or before December 2, 2022, the parties shall either file a joint report as to the then-current status of this case or shall submit the parties' proposed stipulated decision.
