Action for cancellation of a mortgage and the assignment thereof. Judgment dismissing complaint on the merits unanimously affirmed, with costs. No opinion. Order denying motion of plaintiff to direct respondent Lucy Picone to execute a satisfaction of her interest in a mortgage upon payment of a sum of money into court, unanimously affirmed, with $10 costs and disbursements. No opinion.
