Opinion

June 26, 1950.

In a separation action, order granting respondent's motion for temporary alimony and legal expenses modified on the law and the facts by striking out the figures, "$20," "$300," and "$150," and substituting in place thereof, respectively, "$12.50," "$150," and "$75." As thus modified, the order is affirmed, without costs. In view of the appellant's earnings, the awards were excessive. Carswell, Acting P.J., Johnston, Adel, Wenzel and MacCrate, JJ., concur.
